The WebVegas mark animated from the real SVG, never a redraw. Premium brands breathe, they don't blink: the resting logo carries a slow glow with a rare twinkle. Every loop honors prefers-reduced-motion — turn it on and the motion stops, a static glow stays. This is the locked motion inventory; the system board references it.

The wink

The default living logo: a gentle breathing glow, then every ~4 seconds a quick flash where coral and red rip through the mark (a couple of fast passes) and the glow spikes. No jitter, no spin. Only the star flashes; the wordmark stays still. Needs inline SVG; an img mark gets the glow only.

Loading — the star twinkles, no spin

Stars don't spin, they twinkle. The mark gently pulses bigger and smaller while little accent sparkles spawn and fade around it. Use it for page loads, the spec-site build, dashboard fetches.

Locked. Every animation above is disabled under prefers-reduced-motion: reduce: the wink and loader stop, a static soft glow remains, loaders fall back to a gentle opacity pulse. An always-on logo animation without this is a defect, not a delight.
